happy friday

I got home from Phoenix yesterday. I was so happy to hear that my step son was in town. His mom wanted to know if I want to see him. He was so excited to see his brother and I was so happy to see him. We haven;t seen him since my husband was home for new years. We live about 2 hours away, which isn't far away, but there is a mountain pass in the way and I am scared to drive over it alone. So this was a great surprise.
He got here about 6pm. The boys played outside, they ran and ran and ran. We ate
mac n cheese for dinner (I had been flying all day) We ate that out on the patio. after dinner the boys went to the garden with me. we pick some raspberries and some basil. The garden looks great!
After dinner and gardening we came in and started to calm down for bed. the boys played with the race cars and I cleaned up a bit. I tried to take a lot of pictures. I don't have very many new pictures of my step son. He took some really great pictures too.
