First week of School!

Well, we officially started our first week of home school. We are doing Letter of the week for 2 year old! I started on Monday, but really today was the first day we did anything "real"

I am so excited about this. I home schooled through high school and loved it. I hope my kids love it as much as I did. I may have liked it so much, because I had seen some of the thing s that go on in public school. I did attend them until 8th grade. I hope they won't have to see any of this. My faith really started to grow while homeschooling. My parents never made me go to daily Mass or youth group, but always encouraged it. As a result of good parenting and natural teen curiosity and the grace of God, i started attending daily Mass every morning and youth group. I fell in love with our Lord. I had the opportunity to study and learn about our faith. if I had been at "school" I may not have had the time or I would have filled my curious mind with other things.

I am forever thankful to my parents of the gift of life and of home school.

Anyway here is what our home school looks like.
